If you break any of our rim protectors, you can send the damaged products back to us. On our part, we will send a new rim protector to your preferred place of residence. However, you would have to cover any freight and shipping charges.

What material are your RIM PROTECTOR products made from?

How do I remove the RIM PROTECTION SYSTEM?
To remove the rim protector, start by jacking up your car tires. After doing this, gently pull away the protector. You can do this for all four tires.
Can I use a RIM PROTECTOR with new tires?
Our rim protection system is compatible with all tires. Just remove it from your old tires and install them in the new ones.
How long will an order delivery take?
Typically, our orders take only three working days from the order date to get dispatched. However, if it happens that you are not fully satisfied with the delivery, our help service can come in handy. All you have to do is send an email to our team via info@rimprotectorcanada.ca. Be sure to include the address, order number and your name. This will be critical to refunding the cost of the order.
However, if you are looking to cancel goods after they have been dispatched, you will have to return them after delivery. Also, you would have to pay the shipping costs. Be sure to return the goods 30 days after receipt.
Finally, it is important to note that returned goods must be untouched, with the packing and instructions in reusable condition. Typically, it will take 14 days after we receive the returned goods for the amount to show on your statement.
